Case card configuration for teams notification

We have an existing configuration where notification is being sent out to the opened for/subject person when the case is being updated as per the attached screenshot. The notification goes out in a card format. It is all provider notification where in the content the format is record card.
In the card it has several fields and on the top right-side it has the case number which when clicked redirects to the portal.
Could anyone please tell where exactly this can be configured if we want to replace the case number with task number/universal request number?
Attached is the reference screenshot where the number needs to be replaced is highlighted.
