Case variables appearing in HR Workspace (Classic), but not in HR Agent Workspace

Some HR Case variables are not showing up in the newer HR Agent Workspace but appear correctly in the HR Workspace (Classic).
There are no UI Policies, Scripts or Business Rules hiding these variables. I've also verified the Form Layout, and the correct View and Sections are present.
Both workspaces share the same View and they're correctly configured. I've confirmed that they are being correctly applied according to the existing View Rules.
The issue seems related to the "Variables" Form Section, which has the "com_glideapp_questionset_default_question_editor.xml" Section Element.
This Section Element has the "HR Core Variable" UI Formatter and its associated Macro, which seems to be an OOB xml that "builds" these Sections.
It looks like this default Formatter works in the HR Workspace (Classic) but fails to show all variables properly in the newer HR Agent Workspace.
Has anyone ever had something similar happen or has any idea what could be the issue and how to fix it?

I was able to see everything in Service Operations Workspace for incident.
The SOW is based on configurable workspace.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar,
Our incident records are fine as well, from what I could see. This is only happening for some HR Cases created via record producers.
I opened the same HR Case in SOW this time and the same happened there. Some of the variables are not showing up. Looks like this happens every time we use a configurable workspace to see HR Cases, but not when using the HR Workspace (Classic).
