changing PDF document template name for HR service - customization

Hi all, 

document templates generated from HR case have the following name OOTB: "Name of HR service - Name of person who generated the doc"

I would like to change this to "Name of HR service - Name of Subject person" 

Now I have tried to edit a copy of the script include (hr_pdfUtils), but it does not seem to work.

A business rule also didn't work. Has anyone an idea or ever done a customization for the document name?
