Checklist not migrating to UAT instance?

Hello,

We added a checklist to a few services directly in the HR Service Configuration table record, saved them as templates... We exported the template from checklist_template table as XML as well as the items from checklist_item table and imported those into UAT from DEV, but the checklist is not attaching itself to any of the services, nor can we select them as templates.

Am I doing something wrong?

Hi there,

If you exported/imported the checklist, checklist item, checklist template, it should work. Perhaps there is somehow a sys_id mismatch, sounds strange if you did just export/import. Did you verify by opening the tables themselves? To see if the records were imported at all? Though perhaps indeed the reference broken? Or did they not import at all and there's a different issue?

Kind regards,

The thing is, they are importing into SN just fine, but they're not attaching to the HR Service Record, I should be able to see it in UAT same way I see it in dev (as shown on the screenshot in my post). When I try to manually add it via template, the template does not appear as a choice in UAT environment.

Did you verify the sys_ids? Is your imported checklist now orphaned? Is that the issue?

Kind regards,

For some odd reason, when we migrated the checklist to test, along with the HR Service records, the checklist is being orphaned, not attaching to the HR Service itself. What we ended up doing is manually going into the checklist and attaching it to the HR Service record. Any reason why this would happen?

P.s. we checked that all sys_ids matched.
