Hi, according to the documentation the exam may be sourced from any material in HR
Fundamentals or HR Implementation courses. To be eligible for the exam you will need to register and complete HR Implementation course to get an exam voucher (either Instructor Lead Training or On Demand). Then it should just be a matter of reviewing the notes from both courses and working through the Implementation labs a few times to familiarize yourself with the application.

Thank you for replying. I've almost completed the training on now learning but I am searching for a overview of exam and some kinds notes or articles to revise important topics, as you know how lengthy the training is.

Plus I want to know what kind of questions are asked in the exam, because I don't want to fail.

Please read book which is provided with Course, specially pay attention to wordings in 'Bold' generally they are questions and if you are familier with concepts there in book that should be sufficient. Lastly to get idea about pattern and questions in exam please thoroughly follow blue print of HRSD exam and refer highly rated Quizlet which is prepared in post Paris version you will find many. I guess this is sufficient.

Hello Tera, can you please share the link of ServiceNow HR course? I am also interested in taking the servicenow HR exam . 
Also, did you take the certification exam ?
