COE sn_hr_er_case is not visible for users with role sn_hr_core.basic

Hi All,

Employee Relation Case (sn_hr_er_case) COE is not available to users with sn_hr_core.basic roles on when creating case from backend.

Any suggestion please?

I realize this is an old thread, but in case others run into this issue, the Employee Relations COE is not available in case creation because of an OOB script include.  You will need to comment out the offending code per the KBA below.
