Hi,
We have a requirement to gather information about transfer request after cases are created by Bulk Case creation.
In our scenario, Manager request to transfer multiple managing employee to HR and HR admin create cases for those subject persons. HR need some transfer information for each subject person.
I am thinking to use Collect Employee Input type task to gather information from manager and I have created below employee form. However the condition matches cases created with Bulk case creation and Error occurs.
Do you have any idea for this situation? or Any best practice to gather information for bulk created cases?
