We are moving to Agent Workspace (in Rome) ahead of our planned upgrade to San Diego and I'm configuring the form views for all our HR services.
We currently have all these configured in UI 16, but these aren't available as workspace views.
Is there a way to replicate these layouts for use in Agent Workspace, or am I going to have to build all the same layouts from scratch in Workspace?

Hello
if you have views in UI 16 i think we can use workspace view rules where you can tag your view of HR service and then that will be applied when you open HR service form in workspace
All > Workspace Experience > Forms > Workspace View Rules.

Incredibly useful - thanks for that.
The form now loads in workspace as it looks in UI16, but it looks like the UI16 UI policies are not fired (all the default tabs are visible) but I'm confident I know why that is, but I'm getting "this form has not been configured for workspace...."
I've tried the solution outlined here but no joy.
The form layout is there or thereabouts, but not editable and I've not found a solution for this that works for me yet.
Thanks for your help - at least I'm further along than I imagined today.
