Create multiple cases from a singlie hr case

Hi All.

Agents need to manually create similar cases , is there any way in servicenow after first case is created agent can automate the creation of another ticket such that all the details get copied over to the second case (attachment , short description ,fields data )

I am trying to give this functionality to hr agent. By oob they dont have access to insert and stay
