Hello,
Looking for some guidance on reporting, specifically reporting on CSAT. We have created a dashboard for our executive team which includes CSAT scores. We'd like to make some updates to the reports, but need assistance.
1. Is there a way to include only one questions from the CSAT score? Currently the report is showing all questions, but we just want the first to questions data to show (picture of report attached - CSAT1)
2. If you double click into the CSAT report results, the list view shows the "assigned to" as the person that actually took the survey. We want to see the fulfiller that worked the case that the employee is providing feedback on. Is there a way to pull in this data? I don't have permissions to update the list layout, but didn't see options that would make sense of fulfillers name (picture attached CSAT2 and CSAT 3)
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi @CorrineGosselin ,
Please try utilizing the asmt_assessment_instance_question instead of the asmt_metric_result, and utilize below filters:
- Instance.metric type contains not HR
- created on last month
- Metric is not **the once you would like to filter out**
For your question two, try to dot-walk instance --> task --> HR.... and to the table e.g. hr case where the case is coming from.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
Best regards
Anders

Awesome, thank you!! The reporting worked perfectly. As far as my second question, I don't have the access to dot walk to check if that works 😞 But I will check with my platform team to see if they can add it in for me. Super helpful, thank you!!
