Custom UI action in HR Agent Workspace

Hi everyone, I need a custom UI action visible on the "Interaction" form in HR agent workspace which will simply allow the users to attach an existing HRC to the interaction.

Can anyone please let me know how to configure this in workspace?

Hello @Simanta -


Agent Workspace for HR Case Management, "Interactions", already allow the user to do those things, such as 'Create HR Case' or 'Associate record'.

And ones you make a selection and save the record, and then save the Interaction record, the related hr case record will appear:

So, you should not need to create anything custom for this operation as it already exists.

Hi @Rob Sestito , thank you for your answer. But what we want is that "Associate record" just shows HR related tables in "Document table" field rather than all the tables. Is that possible?

Oh okay - I understand what you want.

 

Unfortunately, I am not sure how you would go about doing that for the Document table field. I attempted an onLoad and onChange client script within my PDI. But those did not seem to work.

 

As of right now I am unsure how you can achieve what you want.
