I have created an indicator on the HR Manager dashboard. In the indicator it's bringing up the case resolution satisfaction survey details. I have managed to add Assignment group as a breakdown to the indicator.
Now I want if the service category, service subcategory and service name can be added in as breakdown. Is it possible to add this breakdowns...if yes how?
