Database views

Hi All,

 

I created a custom metric instance for measuring the duration of the assigned to of the case. I want to create a database views for linking both the metric instance and hr case - assigment group . Please help me on this and thanks in advance.

Hi @kali 

OOTB there is already an example database view for change requests and metrics: /nav_to.do?uri=sys_db_view.do?sys_id=5f26da43c0a801660037182264d7e10a

Just use it as a blueprint and adopt it to your needs.

Hi Malik,

Thanks for the above answer but what does it mean if a field is not visible, This error is coming when i run my database views.

how can I help you if you share NOTHING, just saying there is a field not visible and an error.
