Good-morning everyone,

 

does anyone know how to populate the details of the form when a requestor submits a case on the front end? Once the user submits a request, I want the details tab to capture what was inputted on the form itself.

Yes, to modify this, go into Standard Ticket Configuration (Standard Ticket > Standard Ticket Configuration) for your case table; you'll want to create a Tab with the type Variable Summarizer. For me, this happens by default in the tab "Additional Details"

Thank you so much! It looks like it's not something I can do as the widget tied to our HR cases was extensively modified& further modifications would break it. However, I appreciate your help. Thank you!
