Display agents name/initials and picture on the live chat in the virtual agent bot

Is it possible to display the agents picture and name/initials on the live chat session of virtual agent bot. If yes, how it can be done?

Before starting on this: check with you HR department (and/or Legal). There could be serious privacy issues involved here.

go to Conversational Interfaces > Settings > Agent chat and check whether this property is true or false:

Marking it true should resolve your issue, if it is already true and not working as you want to, try to set it to off, save it, set back to on and try to see any difference.

1. Navigate to Conversational Interface -> settings -> Agent Chat.

2. In User Chat Settings activate the Agent names and avatars.
