Display record producer in Virtual Agent Pat topic

Hi,

We have a requirement to display a record producer for a virtual designer topic under the none of the above option. So basically if none of the above is selected then along with Knowledge articles, quick links, a record producer should also be displayed as a response. 
Is it possible to achieve, if yes how can we do it?

Do you want to show list of record producers or only one record producer ?

Only one record producer and when it's clicked it should re-direct to the intake form to submit the form.

If you select None of the above then after that add Link Bot Response and then add your RP link as per below screenshot -

In the above flow, If I select Option No then we are saying please raise a request and it is redirecting to the submit the Request (Record producer).

Hi Shraddha,

thanks for the response.....but suppose if we are selecting no then it should also display some quick links or knowledge articles like it displays as a fallback topic and record producer should also display. How can this be done?
