Hi Team,

I have created lifecycle event and activities, attached the HRtemplates for HRtasks creation in it. however i want to show the short description of the HRtasks based on the logged in user language. I don't see any option in HR task template to set the same. please suggest on this.

Thanks,

Lakshmi

Do you have dynamic translation activated on your instance?

Because the short description isn't a translated field, it's just a string field. Without dynamic translation it will be hard to get this done.

Hi @munisailaks - Totally agree with @Mark Manders , As its the string field , there is not translated text for that, you can use dynamic translations with the help of the 3rd party providers like Azure or google etc.

Here is the documentation for same - Dynamic Translation

Hello @munisailaks

Since the short description is a user input string field, it cannot be directly translated without using the Dynamic Translation.
