We currently have an internal program around manually adding Credly badges to an Employee's talent profile within in SuccessFactors but we'd like to be able to pull badges and kick off internal processes for validating badges that have monetary rewards associated to them instead of the our current manual validation and request process. Can the Credly spoke be used to pull Employee information without the ServiceNow HR module? Also, does this capability also require paid products or solutions within Credly in order to work? I have found documentation around the Credly spoke but the documentation isn't clear on how to set it up and use it, just initial setup which is leaving me with more questions than answers. Any information would be greatly appreciated or if people can share if they are using this integration and how it is working.
