Document Generation based on conditions

I have a requirement to be able to generate document on case record based on a field condition.

Basically there are 2 templates associated and depending on a field value corresponding template has to be generated.

We have already implemented document generation for single template and configuring case option on HR Service Configuration.

When ever a HR case is is created and condition is met UI action is available to Case Assigned to and case manager can view an UI- action and generate Document which will get attached to case.

I am trying to extend this functionality to 2 or more templates, please help me in the right approach to design for this business requirement

you might have to add 1 more UI action for other template

Show/hide the correct UI actions based on the field value on form
