Document template unable to download in PDI

Hi All,

I am facing issue in my PDI as i am unable to down document template plugin and i am getting this error "Unable to download app package" every time i try 

Has anyone else faced this issue?
Please advice

Hello @Vignesh21,

Yes, you can install the Document Template plugin try to search with this name - sn_doc, I have installed the Document Template in my PDI, please refer to the below screenshot's:

After Plugin Installation:

After plugin installation still you are facing any issues try to repair the plugin.

Which ServiceNow version - are you using in your PDI. 

 Could you share the screen shot of View details after getting the error.

Could you please clear instance cache using cache.do and open PDI in incognito/InPrivate mode of browser and check.

In Australia PDI , It was working fine.
