Attachment Preview Issue on the Incident

Hello,
we are experiencing an issue with image attachments in ServiceNow. So when customer is sharing the imgae of two different type:
- .jpg files are displayed correctly in both Workspace and Classic UI as preview
- .jpeg files are not previewed (in Workspace) and also not in Classic UI -> additionaly I need to download it and then see the image
Could someone help what could be issue?

1. Check the glide.attachment.extensions system property to ensure .jpeg are not restricted
2. Navigate to System Properties > Document Viewer.
Ensure the property com.snc.documentviewer.enable_document_viewer is set to true.
