duplicate attachments in activity log

Hi all,

 

I have created an Attachment field in the record producer, but after I upload the attachment, two records of the same attachment will appear in the ticket page. What is the reason for this? The HR module I use, There is a method in the record producer script: new sn_hr_core.hr_ServicesUtil(current, gs).createCaseFromProducer(producer, cat_item.sys_id);

Is the question related to this method?

So are there also actually 2 attachments added to the record? Or is it only a visual issue in the activities? Can you double check this?

Oke so the issue is duplicate attachments, and actually not the activity log.

 

Are you using an out-of-the-box widget on your portal through which you submit your record producer? Or a custom one? Are you also using the attachment icon from that widget, or are you using the Attachment variable?

Things to check

1) is this happening on all record producers or specific one

2) is this happening for admins or non-admins
