Email Notification 2 weeks before Due date

Hi all ,
There is a field 'Due date' in my table . Email Notifications should be sent  to the Processor (Assigned to)  2 weeks before the Due date and one day after the due date . How can I do this ?

If It can be done using flow Designer , it will be very helpful

Hi @HrishabhKumar ,
when we give the trigger as Record created /updated , Multiple mails are being  triggered ( for creation and  update ),
but when the trigger is given as Record Created , the flow will not be triggered when the user changes the due date.
please help me out
