Employment letter automation

Hi

Need to help on below scenario.

Once the HR case created, employment letter should automatically created without agent intervention and attach to case and close the case and we have 3 templates for 3 countries, how to get in  to this without agent like without preview, sign the document automatically should create the doc and attach to case and resolve the case.
