Enable Agent Assist while creating new knowledge article in HR agent workspace

When I am trying to create a new knowledge article and add the subject, it should show some suggestions in Agent Assist, but I'm getting an error message 'No resource found':
I have already updated the search context conditions for 'HR Knowledge Base Search':
But it is not working when I am trying to create a knowledge article in hr agent workspace.
Do you have any suggestions on what I might be missing?
