ahoy @nameisnani,
select the container where you want to add your background image and click control + mouse button in that section to get this dialog window as seen on the left side and select Edit Container Background
or you can use Service Portal Designer
accessible from the same dialog window:

Hi @nameisnani
- Navigate to Service Portal > Service Portal Configuration and click Designer.
- Search for and open the Employee Relation page you want to modify
- Ctrl + Right-Click (or Cmd + Click on Mac) on the container holding the existing image.
- Click Edit Container Background or select the pencil icon to modify properties.
- Upload your new image, save the container, and run cache.do to clear your instance cache.
- Open your Employee Relation page and check
