Flow desinger remove attachment

Hi All,

I have created a flow designer to remove the hr case attachment  in which used the action delete attachment inside for loop and passing the file name individually all the steps are completed but still the attachments are not removed, i am running the flow as myself we need hr admin role to delete the attachments in the hr case. Please help me on this

Did you try running flow as System user?

What's the error when flow execution completes?

@Ankur Bawiskar , there is no error showing it is getting completed . I tried doing it as system user and users who runs it , still the same. I believe the access is causing the issue, as per the acl we need to have hr admin role to delete the attachments

flow is in global scope or HR scope?

seems cross scope issue is not allowing to delete.
