Flow is not getting triggered on scheduled time

Hi

 

A scheduled flow is not triggering after Xanadu upgradation. All the exicution are working properly but only flow is not getting triggered. 

 

Please fallow attached image for reference.

 

Please help me with this.

the flow is configured to run as "System User"

It's scheduled to run daily at 12:08:00, but which timezone?

did you check that?

If you are clueless then raise a case with ServiceNow.

Flow is triggered UTC time zone. Still it was not working.

Hi @sibasundarsahoo ,

Is this flow only not working or all flows not working after upgrade.

If this single one then try to re-activate it and test otherwise open support case.

Only this flow is not getting triggered . Other flows are triggered.

Did you test the flow? what error it shows?
