COE Security Policy Not Working

I have created a COE security policy identical to the below on each of our COE tables. When I impersonate a user in one of these groups to test the policies, the user can still see all cases. What am I doing wrong?

Hi @tworzala

Could you please clarify your requirements and what you're trying to achieve? As per the COE security policy which you've shared, users can access records if the case is associated with a group they belong to.

It's not going to restrict anyone.

Siva

Ok, Yes users in these groups should be able to access records if the case is assigned to a group they belong to. When I go to test it, users in these groups can still access cases that are not associated with their groups.

Based on my latest reply, any ideas why its still not working?

Hi @tworzala

Apologies for the delayed response.

You need to validate the COE security policies of other COEs as well.

Instead of using COE security policies, try to configure ACL to meet your requirement.
