Flows/Workflows without sn_hr_core.admin role for admin system

Hi, 

 

I have many flows (run as system admin) who worked (for tables and records in hr scope) but my client has removed the sn_hr_core.admin role from the admin role, and now my flow don't work when there is an activity in my flow who needs to access to a record in hr scope. 

 

Have you a solution ?

Hi @Anisse Mahtat ,

 

No, unfortunately there is no other solution. As you might know in relation to the HR application, this is a scoped application with very restricted roles, since there will/can be a lot of sensitive data. In general best practice, admin should not have the ServiceNow sn_hr_core.admin role.... If a person in your company has the sn_hr_core.admin role, what would then be the least additional roles the user should have to complete the flows.
