Hi Team,

Can anyone please help me on the below query.

 

I wanted to create one task name is  Confirm if a Cell/Mobile Phone is required.

for this i have created one catalog item, template, and we have created the flow to create the task 

task is creating when the HR case is created but when we are impersonated the HM and trying to  submitting the task from portal 

is mobile phone is required?

No

when i click the Yes or NO as response task is not closing still it is showing in HM queue with state as ready

Hi @nikhitha24,

 

Does the user have sufficient rights to close the response task?

 

If not, either run the flow as system, or grant the rights needed to close the tasks.

Hello @nikhitha24 ,

 

Check whether the Wait button is checked or not in create task action that you have created for mobile phone is required. If the wait button is checked then make it unchecked because it will not proceed the flow until and unless that task is closed.
