Hello dear community,
I'm in need of assistance. I am looking to implement a chatbot on the ServiceNow portal. While I'm aware that ServiceNow offers a chatbot solution, it comes with an additional cost. My goal is to find an opensource chatbot that can be integrated into the ServiceNow portal for free, thereby avoiding the extra expense.
Does anyone know if this is possible?. Has anyone successfully done this, or does anyone have any insights on how it could be accomplished?
