Global Search in HR Agent Workspace

Looking for the setting so people using Agent Workspace can do a search all in the Workspace. These people have the required HR roles in addition to the awa_agent. In the UI16 they can do a global search all, in the Workspace they can only do a limited search. I have verified the Global Text settings, are correct.

Hi,

I asked ServiceNow and was given the following steps for a workaround:

Steps to fix:
1. Create 1 read ACL in workspace scope with 'sn_hr_core.case_writer' role for the sys_search_source and m2m_search_context_config_search_source tables
2. Do a cache.do

 

They mentioned that this is fixed in a future release.

Hi,

You can navigate to HR Agent Workspace > Settings > Configure Workspace to begin configuring global search results.
