Hide Comment/Worknotes from HR agent workspace

Hi Community,

Comments/Worknotes needs to be visible only under Compose section of HR case and it should not be visible beneath short description.

I tried to achieve this using UI policy but this is hiding even from Compose section.

Please guide the right path.

So an update in 2023, Workspaces have Workspace View Rules which can be used to remove the Journal Input Fields

In the Workspace, there are UX Page Properties, in the viewRuleConfigId is the sys_id of the UX View Rule Configuration. Here you find the Workspace View Rules. Just ensure the right View is selected in the View Rule. I had to script it into the field since it wasnt available to select.

Hello sir @OliverDoesereck. How to do it the other way, like the work notes and additional comments in the form are visible but the compose section in the middle pane is hidden? 

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Hi @tidert_24, 

Well you can deactivate the "Hide Journal Input Fields" again and at the bottom right, there is an option to remove the activity/compose screen. but this removes the whole activity log too

Maybe you can use ui builder to remove the fields again. I dont know any properties for remove it from the middle pane
