How can we activate the disabled COE

Hi,

I am trying to activate the benefits COE but it is greyed out. I also tried in my pdi as well is disabled there also.

Checked below property as well but it is for table only :

Hi,

please follow below steps:-

Step 1:- please check that you are in correct application scope.

Step 2:- Navigate to COE Configuration module and you can enable/disable the COE .

Hi Prasant,

I tried in same scope as COE but was not able to do it.I think its depends on the HR Delivery package. For ex- If you try to enable the "HR Ethics Case" COE you won't be able to do it.

Could you please try at your end and let if it works.

Hi,

As per my knowledge if there is no topic categories  then you will not be able to enable the COE from COE Configuration module.

So try to create any topic category and topic details for (hr_benefits_case) COE and check in coe configuration module and let me know if it is available to enable or not.

I just created an hr topic category for HR Benefits COE and Now I  am able to enable/disable the HR Benefits COE from COE Configiration module.
