Hi Community,
We are exploring ways to enhance the visibility of Live Chat notifications for our HR Advisors. Currently, the system only provides a single, low-volume sound notification, which is often missed—especially when advisors are handling multiple activities or chats simultaneously.
We’re looking to understand:
-Is it possible to increase the frequency or volume of Live Chat notifications in ServiceNow?
-Are there alternative notification methods available (e.g., pop-ups, alerts)?
-Has anyone implemented any custom solutions to ensure that agents don't miss incoming chats?
Any suggestions, best practices, or configuration tips would be highly appreciated.
