Hi,
I have successfully configured ServiceNow for Microsoft Teams and can connect to Now Virtual Agent on MS Teams.
How do you enable the "Your Hub" dashboard from Microsoft Teams as demonstrated in docs? Here's the link to docs - https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/paris-hr-service-delivery/page/product/sn-teams/concept/customize-your-hub-ms-teams-hr.html
The chat is working, but "Your hub" is not available
Any ideas?

Hi Allison,
I've managed to enable the "Your Hub" dashboard from Microsoft Teams with some assistance from SN support.
The issue was related to authenticating MS Teams users to SN, so I went through the steps in the docs here again and then updated the permissions in Azure as per the docs here.
Users can now access the "Your Hub" dashboard.

Yes - we've installed all the relevant plugins. I've reached out to SN support and they're assisting us with troubleshooting the issues we've encountered.
Will update here once we've got it working.
