How to active/de-active the icon which are available inside workspace right pannel

Hello Everyone,
I need to deactivate the icons displayed on the right panel of the HR Agent Workspace, as shown in the screenshot below.
Could someone please guide me on how to achieve this?

If you are using the custom variant, then below document will help you to acheiev the requirement.
ELSE, create a custom variant by duplicating the exisitng one and add it to the experiene.

You can remove items via UI Builder. You can see the needed steps here:

Once you have opened HR Agent Workspace in UI Builder, go to ''view experience setting'' on the right upper side:
Once there, you can scroll down and you will see the side navigation setup to add or remove items from the side navigation.
