How to create the knowledge Article template to include custom dynamic header and footer.

I want to create custom knowledge article Template for including custom header and footer, header and footer should be dynamic, in header I want company logo and Article Number and in footer I want update Information and author information which should be dynamic. I am not able to create that. and I want all other fields which are in standard template.
