How to Display More Information in SharePoint Search Results on a Portal

Hi Everyone,

I have configured a SharePoint search source in our HR portal. Currently, the search results display only the SharePoint name. However, we also need to display the associated site name and its URL.

I’ve tried multiple approaches, but haven’t had success so far. The SharePoint connection has been set up using External Content Connectors. For the AI Search source, we’ve configured a custom search profile that is being referenced in the HR portal.

Could you please assist in enabling the display of the site name and URL in the SharePoint search results along with the SharePoint name?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,
Swapnil Bhakare

Hi Tanushree,

Thank you for your response.

Please find the attached screenshot for reference. Currently, it only displays the SharePoint name and a brief description. In addition to this, I would like to display the site name along with its URL.

Could you please let me know what configuration changes are required in the system to achieve this?

Kind regards,
