How to display user avatar images in Configurable Agent Workspace?

Hello ServiceNow Community,

I'm using Configurable Agent Workspace and need help displaying user avatar images.

Currently, avatars don't show up when:

  • Assigning HR personnel
  • Adding collaborators
  • In activity logs

My goal is to display these avatars to improve visual identification and prevent selecting the wrong user.

I've checked Docs and the community, but most solutions found were for older Workspaces and didn't work for Configurable Agent Workspace.

Could anyone suggest how to enable avatar display within Configurable Agent Workspace, ideally through configuration (e.g., UI Builder)?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
