How to enable search functionality for attachment contents in agent workspace ?

Hi All,
Currently we are in Tokyo version. We have a requirement to search for the contents in the attachment which are attached to the HR cases in agent workspace. Is it possible to enable the search functionality for attachment contents in agent workspace? Please do help with your suggestions.

Go to the System Properties application.
In the System Properties application, search for the glide.cs.attachment.search.enabled property.
Click on the glide.cs.attachment.search.enabled property to open its record.
In the Value field, enter true.
Click the Update button to save the change to the property.
This will enable search functionality for attachment contents in Agent Workspace.
Note: The search functionality for attachment contents in Agent Workspace uses the built-in text search functionality of the ServiceNow platform. This means that you will need to have the full-text search feature enabled in your instance to be able to search attachment contents. To enable full-text search, you will need to have a valid license for the Full Text Search plugin. You can contact ServiceNow customer support or your account representative for more information on obtaining a Full Text Search license.
