Can someone help me on the below requirement.
How to Highlight VIP on Opened for and subject person in HR agent list view
I want to visible on the below it is for HR agent list view,
I already written a script for HR case table it is working Please refer the below screenshot

As the article mentioned, you cannot display VIP field in Agent workspace as a workaround you can highlight the background color. Refer Highlighted values under Workspace-->Administration module
Note: you cannot highlight reference field so need to select any non reference field to highlight the color
