please i would like to disable this toggle to be set it to read only and keep it selected for a specofoc item but could not find a way to do it, any idea on how to do it?
you can't control that directly.
You will have to clone the OOTB widget "SC Order Guide" and then make changes to it so that it's read-only for particular item and then add this new widget again on that "sc_cat_item_guide" portal page
I won't recommend this much customization as it increases technical debt
