Hello, wondering if this is possible & if anyone has ran into something similar. As part of a lifecycle, we have an HR task of the Submit Catalog Item type going to an employee. When the employee completes the task, a child case is created - which is fine. However, we're wondering if there is a way to map the variables from the record producer they submitted up into the parent case. Reason being is we need to reference the parent case variables later on for another task. What is the best way to map variables from a child HR Case to its parent? Thank you!
