How to remove chat icon from ESC portal?

I am not able to get rid of chat icon on page.By removing html lines in ESC header,chat in menu item is not showing up.But still below icon is available on employee service center portal:

I have deactivated all chat properties as well, but this icon is consistent.Any other way to remove this?

There is a Agent Chat module where you can easily find an entry for ESC Portal, just mark it inactive and it will be removed from portal.
