How to remove "Email" section from Compose panel in Workspace

With Vancouver release, the section "Compose" in HR Agent Workspace has extra tab "Email".

We don't need it. How we can hide it please?

Hi @peter_repan,

Navigate to the table dictionary for the tables you want to hide it on.

Set Email client to false in the attributes.

Hi Peter,

Thankyou for the solution. But I need a help as this solution somehow works on Requested Items and Problem but doesn't work on Incident.

Is there any way you can help me with it?

Thanks In Advance!!

Hi @Peter Bodelier,

Would we be able to hide this section conditionally?

I have a use case where we don't want to use it after a case has been closed. Currently when a case is closed, all the editable fields go to read-only via UI policy, which does hide the comments and work notes, but the 'compose' is still available and often times prepopulated with a template. Even if I remove the template, it's still viewable and editable. Attached screenshot.

Hi @Community Alums
Were you able to conditionally hide the Compose email section somehow? I'm struggling with the same thing and haven't found a solution yet.
