This is basically done by user criteria.

Hi @Satyam123 .
in order to achieve this requirement, you have to create user criteria, add respective group in user criteria to restrict the knowledge Article visibility.
And add user criteria in "can Read" section of the knowledge article.
After creation you can verify through "Run User Criteria Diagnostics", it is working correctly or not.

thanks but other assignment groups are also able to view and access article, hr agent workspace

Hi @Satyam123,
As long as other groups and the members have the kb_admin or kb_writer role, they should be able to view and access the article in the workspace. The user criteria then applies to who can view the article on the employee center.
