We have the inbound action for Create HR Case (Forwarded) turned on. When we make comments in cases back to the requestor, we want the reply to go to the original sender's email address. Can anyone tell me how to accomplish this?

Thanks, that is super helpful. My only question is where do I put that script? Is it in the inbound email action?

@tworzala Can you help me to understand your requirement ?
Inbound action will be useful if you want to update any information inside ServiceNow record .

Our employees email an outlook mailbox and then those emails are automatically forwarded to ServiceNow. We use the inbound action "create HR case (forwarded)" for this. When we are making comments back to the requestor in ServiceNow, we want to reply to the original sender. I'm trying to figure out how to do that.
