How to save a filter to the default view

I am trying to save a filter to the "Default View" rather than saving this as a filter.

Hi @Amanda Reese ,

 

Update the filter in the module set up(in Nursing Demographics Data) as below (ex: incident table):

FYI: this would apply to everyone.
